Ingredients:

Quinoa

Ground Turkey

Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, & Feta tossed with balsamic, salt, pepper, and garlic

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Vegan Tzatziki Dip (grabbed mine from TJs)

Roasted Chickpeas

Homemade Pickled Red Onions
